By accessing or using the Biology Tamil platform (website at biologytamil.com and the Biology Tamil mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Biology Tamil is an online educational platform that provides NEET Biology preparation resources in Tamil, including:

• Video lessons and recorded lectures by Sir Durai.
• Downloadable PDF study materials and notes.
• Interactive quizzes and practice questions.
• Subject-wise test series for comprehensive exam preparation.
• Progress tracking and performance analytics.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account using Google Sign-In or email/password registration to access our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others. Each account is for individual use only.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Biology Tamil offers the following access tiers:

• Free Content: Selected video lessons and study materials are available for free to all registered users.
• Monthly Test Access Plan (₹349/month): A recurring monthly subscription that provides full access to the subject-wise test series and assessments. This subscription is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to existing subscribers.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner.
• We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.
• Upon successful payment, access to the subscribed content is granted immediately (digital delivery).
• Payment receipts are generated and sent to your registered email address.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Biology Tamil, including but not limited to video lectures, study materials, quiz questions, PDF documents, graphics, and the platform design, is the intellectual property of Biology Tamil and Sir Durai. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our explicit written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell any content from the platform.
• Record, download, or screen-capture premium video content.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or administrative functions.
• Use the platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Biology Tamil provides educational content on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific exam results, marks, or admission outcomes. Our platform is intended as a supplementary learning tool and should be used alongside your regular academic curriculum. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
