Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product – Immediate Delivery

Biology Tamil provides digital educational content including video lectures, PDF study materials, quizzes, and test series. Upon successful payment, access to the subscribed content is granted immediately. There is no physical product to ship or deliver.

2. Monthly Test Access Plan (₹349/month)

The Monthly Test Access Plan is a recurring subscription that provides full access to subject-wise test series and assessments.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Refund for Unused Period: Since content access is granted immediately upon payment, refunds are generally not provided for the current billing period. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of your first subscription payment and have not accessed more than 2 tests, you are eligible for a full refund.
Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews each month. You will be notified before each renewal. You can cancel through your account settings before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

3. Refund Eligibility

✅ Refund Will Be Granted If:

You were charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a technical error.
You cancel within 48 hours of your first subscription and have accessed fewer than 2 tests.
A significant technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the content you paid for, and the issue could not be resolved within 7 business days.

❌ Refund Will Not Be Granted If:

You have already accessed the test content during the billing period.
You simply changed your mind after using the service.
The cancellation request is made after the 48-hour first-time window.
Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

Your registered email address.
Transaction ID / Payment reference number.
Reason for the refund request.
Date of the payment.

5. Refund Processing

Upon receiving your request and verifying eligibility, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are credited back to the original source of payment (UPI, Bank Account, or Card).
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
