1. Digital Product – Immediate Delivery
Biology Tamil provides digital educational content including video lectures, PDF study materials, quizzes, and test series. The Premium Test Access Plan is a one-time purchase that grants access to the purchased content for two calendar months from the successful payment date. There is no physical product to ship or deliver.
2. Premium Test Access Plan (₹349 for 2 months)
The Premium Test Access Plan provides full access to subject-wise test series and assessments for two calendar months. It is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.
- Access period: Access begins immediately after successful payment and remains available until the expiry date shown in your account. To continue afterward, make a new purchase.
- Refund for Unused Period: Since content access is granted immediately upon payment, refunds are generally not provided for the purchased period. However, if you request a refund within 48 hours of your first purchase and have not accessed more than 2 tests, you are eligible for a full refund.
- No automatic renewal: Biology Tamil does not automatically charge you again when the two-month period ends. Any new purchase must be initiated by you.
3. Refund Eligibility
✅ Refund Will Be Granted If:
- You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error.
- You request a refund within 48 hours of your first purchase and have accessed fewer than 2 tests.
- A significant technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the content you paid for, and the issue could not be resolved within 7 business days.
Because access is delivered instantly, a plan counts as used once you have opened any premium test or used the "Doubts" feature to ask a question, and refunds for used plans cannot ordinarily be given.
❌ Refund Will Not Be Granted If:
- You have already accessed the test content during the access period.
- You simply changed your mind after using the service.
- The refund request is made after the 48-hour first-time window.
- Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:
- Your registered email address.
- Transaction ID / Payment reference number.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Date of the payment.

5. Refund Processing
- Upon receiving your request and verifying eligibility, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to the original source of payment (UPI, Bank Account, or Card).
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
